Team planning ....

Team meeting today, looking at priorities for 2015 for our Ed Dept. One of those meetings where I ended up saying a bit too much & gathered a few more responsibilities. We have a good team who work hard so there's a lot of satisfaction too. We're commissioning a new website (going live soon), launching into social media (better late than never), and have seen rapid expansion of the team, its work & opportunities. Never a dull moment with 142 schools, colleges, 600 churches and 5 newly opened nurseries with 42 staff. Looks like I'll be spending 1 day each week developing comms, which is something I'm looking forward to, in addition to all things children & families.
