The remnants of our daughter's Christmas present - not from her parents! - of a chocolate fountain had been kept in a bowl after being well used at one of her friend's on Hogmanay.

The chocolate was a certain type that had been tempered to flow freely. It formed some interesting patterns, laid out like some archeological dig.
