Next one maybe

One of the nicest houses we've seen in ages, and priced properly - which is odd.

Starting to see prices really increase in the area and people are starting to ask silly pricing - like the one we saw straight after this one. The next house we saw was $50k and needed completely gutting inside and out. I hate flippers who buy these "investment" houses and are trying to make a $24k profit overnight from a turd.

But the house above was rather nice. Has issues, don't they all(?), but probably worth a gamble.
