Very bright and very large

A small section of a very bright, very large painting by one of my fellow Norwich Dandies Dugald Blanchard Ferguson.  I have had this on long-term loan since just before Christmas and can't wait to get it up on the wall.  It will completely fill one wall in our small so-called dining room.

I am so pleased that it's the weekend - it's been full-on at work with lots of students applying for admission and for a particular funding stream and it's also been a bit fraught socially.  Thankfully home is peaceful and snug.  Looking forward to doing rather a lot of not very much this weekend.
