Watching the Storm Come In

The sky was rather spectacular this evening full of huge rumbly bumbly clouds...just a little after this we walked back to the car in the gentle sprinkling rain.....so  cool and delicious after the hot day. This is a pano of 9 pics....just had to try and get that HUGE sky.

Today a dear friend told me that she was single again after 17 years of Marriage....we talked about how our lives entwine with another until we forget how to do things ourselves....on how we become dependant. I just hope that her heart doesn't hurt too much....that she finds a soft landing within her own beauty. 
I think its hard for older women .....being left for a younger woman...it can implode on ones self worth/esteem leaving one feeling old and used up...unworthy and unloveable......When in fact it really is a time to reignite ones self worth and go searching for that exquisite beauty that is hidden amongst the wrinkles.
