Snow on Hoy

I returned from work just after lunch to find that the wifeycle was practicing her Amazon rainforest gardening style again.... Slash everything to the ground and set it on fire. I joined in for a little while, lopping off a few overgrown things with the chainsaw before persuading HV to down tools and come for a walk with the dogs.
The wind was bitter was we walked around the shore of Stenness, but it was great to be out in the milky sunshine.
I thought I would try a bit of a mono landscape today and, unusually, I have cropped the image a bit.
