The Rural Urban Divide

This view gets me every time. I know there's always a place where the city stops and nature takes over, but it always strikes me how sudden this transition is around here. Ohio farmland is nothing but a weak pushover compared to this wise old mountain -- unyielding against the threat of development. So every once in awhile you find these places where - within a mile or so - you go from the fast lane of urban density to the land where the buff-a-lo rooooam. (except, in this case it's kudoo and springbok)
