Cheers

It's been a brilliant day today. I started with a beautiful run - everything felt wonderful and nothing went wrong. I thoroughly enjoyed it - it's such a good feeling. More of that please!

Then a quick jaunt into town, followed by a afternoon catching up on programmes.

I'm now just getting ready to head out to the pub for a friend's birthday. I'm drinking a delicious raspberry vodka and tonic that my sister and Tony made for me for Christmas - out of the glass that they made me too no less! Cheers guys!
