Flower

This shot has two purposes. The primary purpose is to let my wife, who has been visiting our daughter in Long Beach, CA the past week, know that I have been spritzing her flowers every day. Actually, I have been spritzing the leaves (as my wife instructed), except for this one flower done just for this shot. The second purpose is to practice using my flash as I have been watching an online class on speedlight photography the past two days. It has given my a new appreciation of this very underutilized piece of equipment. If I could post two photos, everyone would be able to see that this photo taken with flash is FAR superior to the one I shot without.
