A ray of sunshine

It's too unpredictable to go for a walk.

When I was swimming the wind was making the surface of the pool into ripples and it took twice as much energy to swim even in this relative shelter. And the wind as I braved the run back into the building was positively hypothermic.

Wait forty minutes and it's glorious sunshine. I caught this snap of the same snowdrops as a ray illuminated them against the wall.

Five minutes later it was horizontal sleet. The sun has come out again. It's hardly surprising that the West Midlands weather girl was rather approximate.

Stay safe in this wind, blippers.
