Sourdough

My sister and her lot gave the thumbs up to Sunday's effort so I've had another go today.

I'm determined to master the skill and it was back to the Paul Hollywood instructions.

So - this is my latest sourdough, just out of the oven and pictured with the fruit bowl and tea towel that I have used instead of the expensive "proving basket".

I hope it tastes good.

But I found the kneading very therapeutic.
