What a beautiful sunrise today! The weather continued to bring dramatic views of the Alps through out the day, culminating in a snow storm as I write! I was extremely moved by the beauty of the mountains this morning as I reflected on yesterday evening.

We have been given several tasks to undertake during the week and one of them is to 'Pause' and think about how we are feeling about our loss. I think pausing in front of such a majestic view really helps to put some perspective into life - and to remember happy times with Philip.
