Bubbling up

As I sat in stationary traffic this morning - a mile long tailback - I saw this on the pavement opposite. Clearly something had burst but it was odd to see the water rising from the kerb stones.

This was not the cause of the delay although it was on the way home as diggers were out and about.

Otherwise a day in Stirling for meetings considering how the children's hearings system becomes better aligned with the GIRFEC proposals as they become law next year. For me the interest is how the relevant information is presented to hearings and thinking about what panel members require to be trained on ahead of next year.

Photography options included the Ochils, Stirling Castle against the backdrop of the hills and the Kelpies looked spectacular but when driving there is no chance of a blip.
