Growth and development

In a day of meetings to discuss how we grow and develop as individuals and as organisations a quick trip late afternoon to the bank took me past this clump of snowdrops.

They were settled in a patch of barren and slightly run down garden. (Is there a metaphor here?).

With January having swept through in a flurry of rain and wind when getting out into the garden has been rare, it was a surprise to see these so far on. Our own are nowhere near to blooming although we do have the odd foolhardy crocus and daffodil in bloom.
