Gull's Revenge

In a previous existence, I was one of a dozen corporate editorial consultants with Thomson Newspapers in North America. I produced an occasional small, laser-printed newsletter, called The Gulleteer, for the group. The slogan: "We fly into town, eat all your food, and shit on you before we leave", says all you need to know about its contents. I was reminded of this today at a roadside restaurant on Highway 401 traveling the 500km home from Montreal, when a gull grabbed a French fry from a little boy's lunch, ate it and deposited the after effects of a previous meal on the next table. Hmm, fond memories . . .
