Tuesday, February 3, 2015 -- Surf Friends

Several times during our walk along the shoreline today we saw groups of three surfers. This group looks like youngsters.

At another spot we watched as three older men walked down the rocky side of the hill that leads from the street to the sand; they were each carrying their surfboard, and walked right across our path; they were on a sarfari. They then walked right into the water and paddled out on their boards.

This reminded me of the days when Mr. Fun was a teenager involved with his friends surfing. Those days produced lots of good memories, so did today!

P.S. Four years ago today two of our three pooches came to live with us: Mitzi and Max. Just six weeks previous to that little Chloe had come to live with us. Having three dogs has changed our lives significantly.
