Kamsar after entering a lock

This blip shows a fishermans boat just after it has entered one of the three locks on the Cardiff Bay Barrage. A few minutes after entering, the seaward side of the lock is shut, the inner gates are then opened, raising the boat to the water level within the bay. More blips on this subject tomorrow!
