Souper!

Last year I was surprised and pleased to find that I was capable of baking quite good cakes. This winter I have been even more pleased to have got in touch with my inner soup dragon and so on this miserable grey afternoon I set about turning an assortment of vegetables into a really rather lovely broth - it may look grim at this stage but you'll have to trust me, it turned out fine :-)
