Flashing..

..G went to yoga this morning, and I'm still waiting for my greenhouse frame to turn up. (had a call at lunchtime from the suppliers who were surprised it hadn't been delivered yet). And it was wet and windy..

So spent the morning on the web pages for the village. Could really do with a bit more input from some establishments. I have all the B&B's listed, but could do with links to their personal web-sites and e-mails. I get mails from the world over, and am expected to arrange bookings,for them. I don't mind replying with suggestions, but not to actually making the booking. This is a voluntary post!..

Spent this afternoon in the Hall with A, fitting the key switch to the emergency lighting. It was on an ordinary switch, and people keep turning it off. This makes the lighting come on, draining the rechargeable  backup battery. It doesn't matter how many signs we put up saying "DO NOT TURN OFF!"..

When I ordered my wide angle lens after Christmas, there was an offer on for a free flashgun. It arrived today by courier, and I've just had a play. Think the result is quite goo, bouncing light off the ceiling to fill in the shadows..

And I do have the perfect poser!!..
