A dismal Thursday

What a miserable dreary day it was! When it wasn't raining, it was just cool, grey and mirky.

If I'd have been on holiday I would have spent the whole day in the cinema.

As it was, I spent most of today checking and amending reports as well as sorting out a few help desk calls. On the whole it was quiet. Lots of people who were in at the start of the week had decided to be off with their kids for the end of the half term week.

The postie rang the doorbell midmorning with a parcel for Ian and Julie (the neighbours on the other side to yesterday). Julie came and collected it less than an hour later.

That's it for this evening as I have nothing else to tell you. It rained all day and I didn't feed the birds until after I had logged off work when the rain decided to lesson for ten minutes.
