Another Ayrshire sunset....
I thought I'd give the seagulls a rest today. After all, I need to think of their figures!
Workwise, it was quite peaceful which is the total opposite of yesterday. I was sent a file of new starters to set up (about thirty of them) late on in the day so they will keep me out of mischief tomorrow.
I ate too much today though and am now feeling very sleepy but as telly on a Wednesday is hopeless, a midweek pint is calling me. Or I could just nod off in front of the Brit Awards. I can think of a more appropriate name for them.
After I had logged off, I went for a brisk walk towards the Heads of Ayr and Greenan Castle where the sky with the setting sun and scudding clouds in the stiff breeze made a pleasant vista. There were a few dog walkers and people running (for exercise not escaping from the scene of the crime!). I walked quite quickly to keep warm stopping occasionally to take a picture before walking on.
I got to the castle and decided I had enough photos and then walked back home via the Chinese takeaway. It was deserted which I don't suppose was much of a surprise in the middle of the week.
Looks good large..
I'll let you know tomorrow if I went out...
Track? I haven't heard this wonderful song for ages. When I used to go to the Costermongers (an old Brum rock pub) years ago, the DJ used to play this as the last track every night. Classic Thin Lizzy - Still In Love With You
