Yey!!!

Today looked almost like spring!! Katie woke up earlier than I expected. We did some homework before getting ready for ballet. She was full of it before class, telling her Saturday teacher about her week with the big girls. She was especially excited to see that her Portugese friends had chalked notes over the upstairs studio floor. We hung around a little while after ballet before coming home. I stopped at MacD's as their happy meal theme is Shaun the Sheep. Fish fingers and carrot sticks in her lap, a shaun spoon in her hand and she was a happy bunny! 

We did a bit more homework when we got back before having a bit of time watching TV. It was a gorgeous "trying to be spring" afternoon so we went out with her rollerskates for the first time this year. She also had her first not-snow play in the garden this year. She'd eaten a very early tea and declared after playing in the garden that she was really tired, so by 530 we were tucked up in my bed watching Bake Off. We both fell asleep about 6. She is of course still asleep. I slept two hours!
