Airfix

Spotted No 3 and her dad making this in the Kitchen.

My brother was a plane spotter.  He spent hours at Glasgow Airport (in the days before security) taking pictures of planes.  He and his friends knew all the air staff, and were allowed on the planes when they were between flights.  He also had loads of Airfix kits (that I had to build for him!) hanging from threads from his ceilings.

His room looked like a WW2 dog fight!

We never painted them....just stuck the stickers on, and I always made a mess of the windows by getting them covered in glue.
