Yoga?

I have no idea what this is called in the kitty world, but I'm just glad she made the effort to go outside.  Well, sort of outside.  She's only about 10 feet from the front door, but for Lizzie that's not bad.  She basked in the sunshine for awhile and then ambled around the yard, so we're going to call it exercise and give her a gold star for her efforts.
