Bird is the word

Mr A has found his favourite ever meat in Iceland the store, not the country, so tonight we dined on ostrich steaks makes a nice change from rabbit, sorry Richyf.

They were ok. I still prefer venison, but it was good to try. The steaks are only £1.30 each too, which is a bargain!

They do a few different things; I think it follows on from the 'bush tucker trial' packs they did last year during the series of 'I'm a celebrity get me out of here'.
As well as the ostrich, they also do kangaroo, crocodile and a wild boar and apple sausage (I've got some of those to try).
Fortunately, they've left it there.....no frozen witchety grubs........yet! :-0
