I've been working this morning.
It is rare that we work on a Saturday but with an Open Day for prospective new students it is important we are on hand to provide advice and guidance to them and their parents.

Afterwards I drove across to Leeds where I will be commentating for Age UK tomorrow.

Tonight we have had a wonderful meal together.
The portion sizes were massive and very tasty.
I think (know) I have gone a long way over my planned calorie intake in the evening meal alone
