Double celebration

My two nephews have been raised by my parents since they were 2 and 3 years old.  DJ and Jack's birthdays are only 10 days apart and today I decided to pick up a cake and stop by my parent's house with gifts for them.
Both boys are in high school now and they are doing really well despite having to overcome some tough obstacles.  They seemed to appreciate us coming over to wish them happy birthday.  I tried to think of a cake they would like and came up with an Oreo cake with lots of butter cream.
It was a hit.  The smoke in the photo is from the candles.  Not the best quality shot but I was happy to get them both in my Blip. 

It was warmer today!  I think we are finally out of the deep freeze.  The snow was melting a bit today and the rest of the week looks even warmer.  Yay.
