Pretty Don Khong

We didn’t get a good night’s sleep in the end.  The music went on with a live band following the competition until 2am.  Fred was happily relaxing in bed listening but Andy “Victor” Meldrew was not!  He decided to go and check it out at 1.30am as he couldn’t settle and came back more than slightly annoyed with a great rant, starting along the lines of “What sort of country is this?  A live band at 1.30am … no wonder they are poor and backwards” … you can just imagine the rest!!.  Fred quietly giggled to herself and just reminded him of the many times he had also been up at that outrageous hour!

Eventually it went quiet and we settled down to sleep. Fred reminded Andy of his outburst when we woke up … she couldn’t stop laughing and he too saw the funny side :-).

Apart from not sleeping well we both still have sore backsides so its a lazy one for us today.  Andy does quite a bit of music and Fred relaxes going for a walk and reading.
