Red Nose Day

My lovely neighbour, Sophie, baked these cookies to raise money for Comic Relief's Red Nose Day.  I was delighted to answer the doorbell and find her standing there with these cheerful faces.  I bought 2 of them but wish I had bought the whole lot as they were some of the tastiest cookies I have ever eaten!  (And that's from a self-confessed 'Cookie Monster'!)

Sophie's cookies were so popular she had to bake a second batch.  Well done, Sophie!  According to her mother she raised almost £24!
