Bottoms Up

These poor ducks are still dealing with quite a bit of ice on the lake.  There are some spots that have melted and opened up a small area for the ducks to dive down for food. 
It was a very gray and windy day today.  I couldn't get myself moving until quite late.  The dampness from the melting snow plus all the rain we had has made it swamp like outside.  I ached all over but eventually got out to the park and the store and did a good amount of walking to help loosen me up. 
Looking forward to the start of a new week.  Tomorrow it might hit 60F.
I'm going to start things off with working out and doing some serious stretching.  Then a lunch date and a stop for a relaxing pedicure.  After all, I have to reward myself for working out.  :-)
