You can't get rid of me that easily!

Dearie me! What a funny day! Not really funny in the heehee sense though. It was a dull day here making me even more pleased that I'd caught a sunset yesterday. Thank you all for your comments, hearts and stars.

No chance of sunsets today especially after me killing of any chance of getting any at all for the rest of the year by buying a pair of sunglasses! I went with mom to the opticians so she could get her glasses adjusted. Mom had complained of a sore nose with her glasses constantly slipping down.

I bought a really nice pair of sunglasses while I was in there which gave me that rock star look so I thought. Mom soon told me I looked like I was on crack. I seriously worry about the kind of unsuitable TV shows mom is watching these days! Maybe there are a dodgy lot of OAPs up at St Margaret's for weekday masses?

We went to TK Maxx where I had tea with a fried egg roll and mom had coffee with lemon meringue. In the afternoon we went to the cinema to see The Second Best Marigold Hotel. It was OK but not as good as the first. I had furtive silent text talks about a computer mouse I'd ordered for Kashif in the office from Amazon and then I received news about Blipfoto going into liquidation!

I have signed up with 365 Project with my usual rozwood1970 name, added a test post which was yesterday's blip text with a different yesterday picture. Links are easier in that you just put the url. It works fine but is not elegant as you can't add text to appear instead of the link. It will do though. See it here with link at the bottom

I won't post regularly there until this ship has sunk. However, I imagine we can all drift for a while yet. At least we know now why Blipfoto was giving away free years! No one can demand a refund. It is a shame though. My enthusiasm has faded a bit.

Looking on the bright side, I can thank Blipfoto for the best experiences of my entire life! Anything worthwhile will endure I know....
