Blooming Heather

Thank goodness for the heather beds, as there's not a lot of colour in the garden yet.  A few dying snowdrops, some bedraggled crocuses and some half-opened daffs are about the sum of it so far!  Spring keeps getting knocked back again as it did today, when it was mostly grey and very chilly.

Simba enjoys accompanying me on my perambulations, which were very slow today as my back is aching.  Probably sitting too long in the car yesterday!

Snow is being forecast for later in the week - those poor flowers:-)
