Snow Joke!

Daffodils in the garden, bowing their heads.

First words from Mr C this morning.
"You're not going to believe this, but we have another leak!"

This time not connected with the central heating, or the plumbing.
No ,this time it was caused by the snow, which had fallen during the night.
Water dripping through the ceiling in the spare bedroom.
Not too bad this time. Not sure what the cause is. Waiting for the roofer to come and have a look!

They say it never rains but it pours!

However compared to other things that have been happening around, we are very lucky.

A friend of ours, who has been in hospital for several weeks,  is hoping to come home next week. However he has to be linked up to oxygen, as both his heart and lungs are failing. His wife, who is 80, is being so positive and cheerful. 

Then there is the awful news from France, about the plane crash.
My heart goes out to all, friends and relatives.
Just unbelievable.

But finally some good news from Blip.
We will have to be patient, but it looks as if we are here to stay!
