Game Boy

Today saw the penultimate implementation of  Redundancy Pay Stuff we have bought for the house. I built a new desk and Jay set up the new computer. For all his gaming love we realised recently that Will has no access to a computer apart from in school and he should probably be working his way more around a keyboard instead of just staring at an iPad (such excellent parenting skills we have). Obvs its for me as well. The final implementation will be actually the first thing we bought - new sofa covers to replace the health hazards currently adorning the living room, they are still sticking to their after Easter date.

Will came home quite happy from the sleepover, he claimed he went to sleep at midnight but he has been surprisingly perky for only six hours sleep so I suspect he is a little out with his times. He was so perky, we went to the roller disco.*

Then I annoyed everyone by making salmon fishcakes for tea, they made valiant efforts but I ended up snatching them out of their hands as they were not appreciative enough and therefore were wasting them. Daisy actually managed to gag, horrible children.

That was a Nice Saturday. Fact.

* 6:30 pm and a no longer perky and trying (and failing) not to cry Will has gone to bed. Apparently he is going to have a long lie in tomorrow.....
