Precious Moments.

This is our niece Sarah, with B at Heathrow.

Often mistaken as our daughter, she of course the daughter of B's sister R and although they have never much looked the same, as the sisters get older, the similarities are developing, whereas Sarah has always looked like B.

She was over from Lisbon to see her paternal grandma who is poorly. She was raised in Portugal from the age of about 5, so in most every way, she is Portuguese, but I think you can doubtless see the Irish Celt in her!

It was a fleeting, sad visit and, selfishly, we did not see enough of her. She's a most beautiful woman, but we will always see her as our baby Sarah. She is after all, our surrogate! Until next time. xx
