Slow Gin

The moment arrived; G has strained and bottled the Sloe Gin which has been very slowly maturing in the garage for the past 6 months. https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/4796240

To show me how clear and pure it is, he held the bottle up and shone a small LED torch under it.  The kitchen lit up with a red glow!  How lovely, not only is it warming and alcoholic, but we can use it as a lava-lamp as well!

This Good Friday I spent mostly in my jammies, while I emptied out cupboards and drawers and storage boxes.  Lots of stuff bagged up for charity shops, and lots of room in my drawers.  Now at last, I have no excuse for not doing the ironing, because there is finally room to lay the stuff away after I have done it. 

Maybe not tonight though; G has gone out and I will be picking him up later, but in the meantime Rocky and I are going to get caught up with Banished.  You watching it?
