Easter bread

First : a disclaimer. I am not Italian . So perhaps I can be forgiven for not putting the colored eggs in the bread that belong there. It just seems like a waste of a good egg if you can't eat them! Second: it's another quick blip for reasons of fatigue. Two batches of graham crackers , four loaves of bread( 3 rises!) , 40 min on the elliptical , clean the kitchen and 3 hours of the Easter vigil is all I can handle for one day anymore. Happy Easter!
