Seas r'up b'gum

Gale force winds out to sea have whipped them up again and there was the usual assortment of spectators at the Canoe pool and Ocean baths this morning and at lunch.  This was from this morning when they were a little higher than at lunch.  I popped around to Merewether baths on my way home and even at low tide the waves were breaking over the blocks at the end.  We Novacastrians love the big swells and it doesn't take much to keep up amused.  All beaches closed and not a surfer in sight.
