Lego - 'leg godt' the Danish for 'play well'.

I popped to Leeds today with the intention of buying myself some snazzy, strappy, summer sandals.  So why did I find myself in the Lego shop asking if I could take photos of their pretty Lego!!!!  I'll be sorry when the sun comes out again and my toes are more Cheddar than twinkle!
Apparently Lego started producing these bricks in 1949…(I think the pink ones came much later!) and as of Feb 2015 they are rated the number one most powerful brand, Apple being the most valuable. (Lego is defo more reliable!)
