La Clede

This bit of our new house is the bit DS#1 has "shotgunned". It is where the chestnuts used to be dried - a fire was lit in the bottom and kept burning slowly for two or three weeks whilst the chestnuts on the wire floor upstairs were regularly turned.
A quick trip down to Vans market followed most importantly by the goat menu at the campsite. Words will not do justice to how full one feels on leaving the restaurant after the goat menu. Suffice it to say, a diet must be starting soon....
