wednesday wandering

after a fairly productive morning in the office and a very healthy egg salad, we headed down to the quarry to play some tri-volle in the sunshine. tjc brought pizza and so i had an un-healthy pizza shaped dessert. i think our game is improving but we still have a way to go. practice is not such a hardship though, especially when the sun is out.

from there we went for another visit to st. julian's where this time we were not only taken up the tower, but right to the very top for some incredible views over shropshire. (i would have blipped that, but i know how much tjc likes to have his bum on blip). anyway, it was glorious and as wonderful as ever to be in andrew's company and see a bit more of st j's. lots of windy little staircases and wonderful history - not least some 5,000 oil burners from israel - no pressure as we wound our bodies around the tiny staircases past the artefacts, i'm sure he could get replacements.

then back to the office where i seemed to have left any motivation behind.

squash tonight. could this be the comeback?
