Mmmmm curry night

I had a most productive and enjoyable day at the office today. I'm still feeling very calm and serene after the last few days in the sun. I also drove home last night and to work today with no radio on as a test to see if I can just 'be', in silence with my own thoughts. I don't find it very easy usually. Today was fine. Progress?

I got home to share a lovely curry cooked by L and his friend R came too so here they are mucking about.

I've got an early start tomorrow so am retiring and leaving them to their competitive and never ending boy chat. And they say women can talk...
