Car stickers

This must be the most decorated car I have ever seen in my life. The back of this very unusual (vintage i believe) looking car is full of various stickers. I see stickers that say "http://www.international2cvfriends.com", "Winchester",  "Dolly", and "GB", among others. I would assume the "cv" in that webpage link means "convertible"? Looking closely at the car in the photo, it is actually open at the top. The "roof" was like a rolled-up yoga mat. Super Cute! Id like to own one!
