Fountainbridge

After a long, demanding day mountaineering in Kintail, Cigs was the last thing on my mind. Armed with mild sunburn and a 189 miles to drive home, we set about the task in hand; interspersed with talk of lasagne ready meals, the WHW (we will get there and do it), seating plans and other pressing matters.

As we crossed 110th Street the Cramond Brig, the autopilot clicks off and I try and think how best to get her home with a Cigs without deviation, hesitation, repetition or repetition.

Fountainbridge came to the rescue. Milk at Tesco led to this one; not oft seen as the shop is open 7 - 7, but as we were very nearly after the 9pm watershed, this white paint and roller shutter single underline combo was grabbed with both hands before we staggered homewards to our respective piles of muddy trousers and grass stained t shirts.
