Earth Day

Today is Earth Day. I'm not sure what that means but I was moved by this chap and his poem. I had an oak sapling grown from an acorn in a plantpot that had been sitting about in the garden so I took it up to the wood on the hill and planted it. It's not the best time to plant a tree when the sap's rising as it is but I think it will be OK. It's just one tree, but one day it could be a mighty oak, who knows? What if everyone everywhere planted a tree? I'd like to see that day.
