Sizewell Bee Orchid
Today is our last day here in Suffolk. Home tomorrow. It's been another brilliant holiday. This area is just stunning and the wildlife outstanding. Today was cooler but stayed dry. We did one of our favourite walks though the woodland at Kenton Hills and onto the beach at Sizewell. The wild flowers along our route were just stunning, the highlight being this orchid which we discovered as we looked for somewhere sheltered in the dunes to eat our sandwiches. Fortunately, it was adjacent to Sizewell B power station Had it been at Sizewell A the pun simply wouldn't have worked. For more awful Sizewell puns, please see my arrival blip from 2 weeks ago here
Once home I should be back in the land of proper wifi and hopefully able to catch up with everyone a bit. Hope you all enjoy your Jubilee Spring bank Holiday!
