Is that me?
A neighbour took me to see his yard, which he has turned into his (outdoor) sitting room. This was because we asked him yesterday if the abandoned dog could sleep in his yard until I took him to the hills, and he wanted me to understand why he had said no. All perfectly clear now, it's a real hoarder's paradise, plus there's a small, deep pool and masses of plants, as well as his collection of model cars and so on.
I had Marmaduke with me and he saw himself in a full-length mirror. By the time I had fetched the camera, the original fascination had passed, but here he is anyway.
Once again, Marmaduke matters seem to have taken up most of the day, apart from a nice dinner out, courtesy of our guests. They leave tomorrow, and I'll miss their cheerful company, but I'll be off to the hills with Marmaduke, to be reunited (in my case) with HH, and for M and HH to make each other's acquaintance.
