That's the way - The Pennine Way

Proper Pennine Way weather today.

Battered by hail, nearly blown over and then it snowed. Nearly dropped my film camera crossing Torside Dam in the worst of it and as I caught the camera I did drop my camera bag and my new unmounted 50mm lens landed in a muddy puddle and both lens covers front and back came off ( no way the back one should have come off if I had put it on correctly). So I had to clean that up - it seems to have survived.

I went out again, yes I didn't learn the lesson and got too cold a second time now ready for a Whiskey and hot water bottle now.
