Day 4 streaking

Ok so this isn't really a pic, more of a screen shot. Yes I've entered the ballot for the London Marathon! Yikes!

Fingers crossed..

Today's run was ok, faster than yesterday and a bit more comfortable, but I still have to stop and catch my breath each time I run up a hill.

Note to self: run on flat surfaces
