Today I had one last dance around the Maypole

Mummy says the second day of May is always a special day. After a restful morning at home we met with our friends for one last sing song and dance around the Maypole. I really enjoyed the afternoon and didn't want it to end.
Afterwards I went to the pub to listen to Uncle Tom play some songs on his accordian. Everyone was singing along and smiling. Soon it was time for me to go home to bed, but I could've happily stayed all evening and danced the night away.
